Using our email forwarding service will save you months of time in communicating with all women on our website. This service is available for any address in Poltava, Ukraine. We will deliver and translate letters to any woman that you would like to write to.
Please read and follow the instructions on this page before sending any mail for us to forward.
THIS IS HOW OUR SERVICE WORKS AT
C I N D E R E L L A
1.You write a letter | email to the woman of your choice USING THE FORM BELOW and send it to us.
(A)Place the ladies NAME and ID in the correct field.
(B) Place your FULL NAME and YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS in the correct field.
2.When we receive your letter / email we will contact the lady. We will also deliver your letter by hand to her at her home for $10.00 if you wish.Our mail forwarding service guarantees you that your letter will be delivered in a timely matter.(Delivered within 2 days from the time we receive your letter in our office).If you would like letter hand written in old style script Russian letters the cost would be 4 US cents a word.We also will spray the letter with Giorgio Armani men's cologne for free.This adds a personal touch to your letter.
3.After the woman receives your letter / email she can come to our office and send you a letter by e-mail as a reply using the same procedure in reverse. (Most women can not afford to pay the mail forwarding costs ,so if you want to pay for her mail forwarding services please let us know.
4.With this procedure it is possible to send and receive a letter | email in as little as 3 to 5 days(if she replies quickly). Regular post will take a minimum of 30-40 days round trip for the same letter, and it can be even longer.
5.The total cost of a standard letter / email is $15.00.Each standard letter / email being NO MORE 600 WORDS and including UNLIMITED photographs.

EACH ADDTIONAL 600 WORDS WILL BE AN ADDTIONAL $15.00
6.You can also send photographs in jpg. format . To print them in Black and White costs $2.00 each, to print them in Color costs $4.00 each.We do ask that you keep the file size AT 40KB OR BELOW and not send us photos in any other format other than jpg unless you are willing to pay additional $5.00 for us to convert them for you.
7. If you decide that you would like to use this service now or in the future, here is all you have to do. OPEN A MAIL FORWARDING ACCOUNT(BELOW) with us, the amount can be anything that you want, but we recommend a minimum of $25.00 to start with. Each time you use the our services (BELOW)we will deduct the charges from your account. When the account is low or empty you can ADD whatever additional funds that you would like to replenish the account with us. If at any time you wish to close the account we will credit the remaining balance (if any) to you to be used for any of our other services. Most men find this is well worth the cost especially when you consider the time savings and the poor mail service that most of the Ukrainian postal services have to offer

USE OUR MAIL FORWARDING SERVICE It doesn't matter how good your letter is, or if you are exactly what she is looking for. If she doesn't receive your letter, your wasting your time. Unfortunately, lots of mail goes missing in the former USSR. Our Mail Forwarding Service GUARANTEES you that your letter will be delivered in a timely matter.

YOU SHOULD BE OPEN MINDED
The main mistake most guys make is, initially, to be too restrictive in their choice of ladies. You must remember that there are lots of other guys out there who also want to have a Ukrainian bride. The ladies can, at times, be quite selective about who they write to, because they may have many suitors. The best approach is to select a reasonable number of ladies, about ten, and write the same INITIAL letter to each. See how many replies you get and take it from there.
YOU SHOULD BE PREPARED TO MEET THE LADY
Unless you are willing to make the journey to meet your chosen lady, there is no real point in writing to a lady, so consider this when you start writing to her. Letter writing is fine, up to a point, until you've got to know her. At some point you have to meet her and decide, or someone else will do it for you and you will have lost her. Expect to meet a few ladies before you find the right one. If you pick ladies from the same city or area, then at least this will keep down the number of plane tickets you require.
YOU SHOULD CONSIDER THE LANGUAGE DIFFERENCES
She may be very beautiful, but if she doesn't speak your native language it will be more difficult. This is not to say only pick ladies who speak English, but just that you need to consider this when selecting who to write to. The language ability is shown as a rating from one to five,one being excellent, five being poor. Also remember the ladies can learn English very quickly, if sufficiently motivated, as English is a much easier language to learn than Russian. We can help with this through translating letters to/from English/Russian and providing a translator when you wish to meet the lady concerned. From our experience we know that lady who doesn`t speak English at all, in one month of active study becomes able at lest to understand you, and within period up to one year her English becomes fluent.
SEND A GOOD PHOTOGRAPH TO THE LADY
Always enclose a good photograph of yourself when writing to a lady. This is not one of you and your friends drinking at a bar or one of you with your arm around a girl. Include a close up shot of your upper body, one in which you can see your face clearly. Remember, this is really all the lady has to go on, so make sure you make a good impression.
WRITE SOMETHING INTERESTING TO THE LADY
We know many clients who write first letters without any information about themselves. For the ladies who receive lots of letters, you have to write a letter which stands out from the others. You need to include important pieces of information about yourself such as your age, occupation, if you already have children, if those children live with you, what you interests are etc. Also write something interesting about the lady and why you are attracted to her. If she has a dog and you're interested in animals, ask about it. If she's interested in skiing, and you share that interest, ask her about it.
We give the clients the option to allow the lady to pay to write back to the client. By default, the client pays, unless you tell us otherwise. If you use this option, please be aware that you will seriously reduce the number of replies, especially from the ladies who receive many letters. Consider that average salary in Ukraine is about $150 per month or less, so be a gentleman and don't ask her to pay to write to you.
SEND A GIFT TO THE LADY
If you are really interested in a special lady and wish to ensure a reply, send the lady some flowers, candy or perfume. Very few clients do this, and it almost always results in a reply. Sending a nice gift sets you apart from other men who may be sending this lady letters too.
